At Vaquero Line Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to return your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Unless your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Contact@vaquerolineco.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can quickly evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order, we'll cover the cost of return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without original tags
- Personalized or custom products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
For the health and safety of our customers, hats that have been worn, soiled, or show signs of use cannot be returned.
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item or color, simply request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
