Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be longer during product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Vaquero Line Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, we're happy to help guide you through the claims process.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Vaquero Line Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at Contact@vaquerolineco.com. While we'll do our best to update your order, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Contact@vaquerolineco.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
